Prior to accepting a manager for a marketing assignment, we strive to thoroughly comprehend the funds investment strategy, risk management, and operations systems, and other factors that a sophisticated investor would need to understand and evaluate prior to making an investment. Bluestone meets the manager and the investment team, calls references and performs final due diligence on the investment methodology and the team background, at which point we make a final decision as to whether to take on the fund as our client.
