Bluestone will assist Managers in all aspects of setting up an institutionally respected operational structure as well as an internationally accepted fund structures whether they are client or regulatory environment specific, or single purpose of multi-class vehicles. We will identify, qualify, and negotiate service contracts with all third party service providers, including: legal counsel, fund administration, auditor and custodian/prime broker. Bluestone will work with legal counsel in the creation of all relevant fund documentation, including: Master Offering Memorandum, Subscription & Redemption Documents, etc., and if required negotiate the listing of the fund on a formal exchange. |
